How Age is Calculated
This age calculation uses two methods:
General method- It assumes all the years to be 365 days and the average days in a month to be 30.4167 days. Calculations remain simple and intuitive for this method.
Specific method- It counts the leap years and the exact days from one date to another. If you were born on March 5 and today is June 7, it will count each day in between, including leap days, to give you an accurate answer.
